The Air Force announced Friday that Moerman will depart their basketball program, according to Carson Field of The Gazette.
ANALYSIS
Moerman's departure reason has not been given. Air Force head coach Joe Scott did not rule out Moerman returning to the program, but such happening cannot be counted on. Scott stated Beau Becker, Corbin Green and Caleb Walker are potential candidates to see improved roles at center with Moerman gone. Seven-foot center Wesley Celichowski is also in contention purely based on his unmatched height.
