Collegiate career ends
GMaryland-Eastern Shore
June 22, 2023
Styles said Monday that he no longer has any collegiate eligibility remaining and is no longer available in the transfer portal, ThePortalReport.com reports.
ANALYSIS
VerbalCommits.com reported April 11 that Styles entered the portal as a graduate transfer from Maryland-Eastern Shore, but at some point over the past two months, he must have received notification from the NCAA that he wouldn't be eligible to play in 2023-24. Styles began his collegiate career at JuCo program Monroe College in 2018-19 and spent two years at the school before joining Maryland-Eastern Shore ahead of the 2020-21. He ended up not playing that season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but since Styles was active for four seasons (two with Monroe College and the past two seasons at Maryland-Eastern Shore), he won't qualify for a fifth season of eligibility.
