Re-ups with Colts for one year
Harrison re-signed with the Colts on a one-year contract Wednesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
Harrison appeared in seven games for Indianapolis in 2023, notching 20 tackles (11 solo) and two interceptions, one of which he returned for a touchdown. He could be in line to compete for a starting role in 2024 if the Colts don't bring in another safety via free agency or the 2024 NFL Draft.

Dan Marcus highlights the best IDP options heading into Week 15, starting with Oakland linebacker Robert Spillane, who's averaging 10 tackles per game over the last five games.
If the Browns want to contend in the AFC North, signing these players in free agency could help them return to the NFL playoffs.

Possible Steelers target in FA
Mark Kaboly of The Athletic views Harrison as a possible option to fill the Steelers' need at strong safety.
ANALYSIS
The 24-year-old Harrison would fit the team's desire to bring in a young player at the position, which could lead Pittsburgh to pursue him as opposed to 29-year-old free agent Tyrann Mathieu. Harrison also played on the same Alabama team as Minkah Fitzpatrick and Levi Wallace in college, so he would bring established chemistry with two current members of Pittsburgh's defensive backfield. The former Jacksonville and Cleveland safety missed the final five weeks of the 2021 season due to an ankle injury, so Harrison will have to prove that he's healthy again before signing anywhere.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2020
2019
It's not the greatest sign that Harrison has earned such poor run defense grades from PFF in his two NFL seasons - sub-50.0 in both cases - but his tackle volume has been decent enough for IDP purposes anyway. Playing 1,172 defensive snaps through 28 games, he has 103 career tackles to go with three sacks, three interceptions and 12 passes defended. Harrison at least has been good in coverage, which should preserve his workload even if he never improves in run defense. As long as he plays a three-down role, he should offer some IDP utility. To this point, his per-snap production would project to roughly 88 tackles, 2.5 sacks and three interceptions per 1,000 snaps.
